Read the post for meaning. The guy didn't have people proclaiming him as bossman, no processions, horses or okes with golden helmets and axes as if it is Caesar's SOCA...

Ask yourself why your Cilliers Brink has skillfully dodged the claim by Beaumont about his parade costing more, why doesn't he respond to that?

Why did it cost more if there were no horses and helmets?

Yet no one threw a tantrum when Cilliers Brink had a parade, the same way you did not throw a tantrum when Cape Town introduced the same cleaning levy you were frothing at the mouth about when it was done in Tshwane.
