And as explained in detail to you in the past that is not municipal law. It is based on NRS standards which is national and is now starting to be enforced by more municipalities.
DA is just doing proper governance in enforcing it.
You cant be picky about which laws you like and want enforced

If you cant get your axpert NRS certified then it is not safe on the national grid and there were real reasons why they couldnt be certified.
NRS standards apply to feeding into the grid. Try explain to dumb city official that you don't (physically impossible as axpert is a cheap POS) want to feed in, all you want to do is charge your battery on cloudy days. That is eskoms problem managing that duck curve, all the city needs to do is collect the rubbish and leave me alone. I have a 80A breaker on my DB, let me worry about how much load I use when charging batteries.

It's not a crime to have panels on your roof. You would think it is because it's perfectly fine to have a shit5ty axpert inverter and battery as a ups backup, but as soon as you want to make free power from the sun then its a problem.

I wish I was Elon rich, I will make the city hang there heads in their hands while crying, also nersa while I'm at it. I sort out all this BS ambiguity.

I'll also make sure my PV install is no more than 99kWp.

Impeachment 66%. MONC 51%.

Depends, if they force Rama to resign, they'll struggle to get a new president elected unless they shack up with MK/EFF to get someone like Mashatile elected... All is to play for in 2026/2027.

Uncharted territory.
Indeed. I want to see them do their normal thing and recall and Cyril says no thanks.

Just plain wrong on a lot of points and also OT here. Based on your points above you would lose on a legal as well as technical level.
All this has been aired out to you on other forumns

Without reading the legal blah blah blah, why are they only now suddenly adding affidavits? They are so stupid, it looks like they are just winging it all the time and getting outplayed at the same time.
Not really, the desperate turnaround that ANC and small boys have tried to make is illegal. DA is now using that to their advantage via the affidavit.

tl/dr version of affidavit? Is it even required? Are the judges stupid or what?
The affidavit in this case will be new/added info to strengthen the DA's case.

They basically raise that what Godongwana did in the week was also illegal and that VAT can only be changed parliamentarily. @Major Boredom Did I summarise it correctly?

Yup, but also he acknowledges some of what he did was wrong via his answers in the hearing
Home dunk actually

Thank You.

But is it even neccessary? Haven't they already won? Who cares what these clowns are doing every day after the fact?

x.x

Nothing is certain untill it is ruled
You would be an idiot not to strengthen the case.

This could have far reaching implications.

Example. Everyone who voted yes will now have a stain of supporting unconstitutional executive overreach. This can be used against them in future court cases

Yes, because unfortunately the courts are now required to enforce the law because the clown lawmakers are choosing to ignore it.

It's ridiculous that the courts have to get involved. It's like your manager constantly having to tell you how to do your job because you purposefully choose to constantly do it the wrong way.

100%. I forgot how stupid the legal system can be. Proper blind is no joke.

I even battle to watch LA Law these days because the law is so stupid. The prosecutors don't give a **** how much damage they cause as long as they get their "man" and they sleep like a baby at night even though they sent an innocent to life.

and in SA's case the manager doesn't have a frieken clue what they doing from the start to over the last 30 years and now even Cyril is complaining about the state of things. I don't think he's really complaining, he's just producingf sound bytes.
