Echoing a DA members sentiment, Dr Phalatse is what you should be responding to not being obsessed about the person quoting her.

She is a DA member and she think Gogo has no business being anywhere close to Joburg Mayorship because that implies the DA and Zille in particular is incapable of producing leaders.

Yet she endorsed Helen otherwise in an advisory role (also still backs the DA), instead of "ABAHAMBE GOGO". It's Mpho's opinion tho, and we don't even have solid confirmation yet that Gogo is even running for JHB...

But the fact it has Actioneers and cadres on high alert is scrumptious.

The core of her message, recycling an old and tired Zille reflects bad on Zille as a leader and it reflects bad on the party.

Don't see the issue, there's no consensus that Zille must stand for mayor, that this needs to be seen as a scandal.

If she does stand, she needs to go through the same selection process as everyone else. Which means at this point in time there will be different views within the party about who should stand...
