This is like the "everyone who emigrated is actually coming back" hogwash that the ANC rolls out every few years to try and convince us that things aren't actually collapsing. It fits into the whole "kick everything down the road" philosophy. Very glad to see the ANC trying to convince themselves that everything is fine in Gauteng and they can rest easyOh boy...

Yes I'm having sleepless nights over this media report. The people have clearly noticed that Joburg is better run than Cape Town and are moving back. Keep up the good work!! You should probably pick Morero for the ANC mayoral candidate, he is much loved by the people for all his service delivery
