That's the problem with you DA lot, you always want to redefine what a cadre as soon as it becomes inconvenient to you, since when is all of that the requirement?

The Man is a DA cadre, that's what got him the job in Steenhuisen's ministry.

We'll soon get the proper definition of a cadre when Senzo goes to court, since Brown Mogotsi is a cadre that he knows but not a friend. If we're lucky we might even get the definition of a friend...

Not a redefinition at all. One of the minimum requirements of being a cadre is being a member of a political party. Prove that Sihle Ngobese is a DA member or shut up. He's also been critical of the DA in the past.

Ive never heard that requirement, its just communist speak for the ANC's and like minded communists, associates.
