Well they took more votes from the DA than the ANC but that is rather irrelevant when its the ANC losing the ward.
Yeah, but in general they take votes off the ANC as well, TheChamp thinks we forget that the ANC lost 9 percentage points in the Western Cape in 2024, against an already very weak performance in 2019. The DA lost 0.1 percentage point in 2024 compared to the ANC's 9.1 percentage points but he thinks the PA affects the DA more than the ANC in the WC.

Oh yeah, im not disagreeing with any of that, just speaking because i know how the mind of a copium champo works. "This result is good for the ANC because the DA lost more votes" , whilst ignoring the most important factor of who won and lost the ward.

Agreed, but that's not the picture the sales rep painted of the vehicle. If I needed it for farm use, I probably would have bought it. The mirrors were just there to satisfy the laws. Utterly useless to see anything in due to the vibrations.

Sales reps are largely hired to lie...

I may be an exception, but a sales rep is merely there to facilitate a deal I'm prepared to make on something I've largely already decided to buy based on my own research.

It's bizarre, people will buy an Indian-built Suzuki but scoff at an Indian-built Mahindra...

From what I hear after sales at Suzuki is very good. But Mahindra had many complaints about aftersales. People taking their their vehicles for a service at Mahindra get their car back and something is broken, the car dealership will deny any wrong doing and charge extra to have it repaired.

After sales makes a big difference to loyalty and brand.

Check any Mahindra branch on Google reviews, they are full of complaints.
