Saying this like black owned banks and firms aren't targeted by the monopolies and destroyed. VBS, Ithala.

If you want to see the state do for black people what the apartheid state did for white people, stop squeaking like a rabid mouse when Bills to give the state more power to do exactly that are introduced to parliament.

Only political power changed hands in 1994, now the laws, economy and land must exchange hands too. 🙂

They will strategise how to write a document that plans how to implement a lekgotla that discusses the work streams relating to who is responsible for investigating whether consequence management is a viable option.

VBS and Ithala collapsed as a result of corrupt or p*ss-poor management. They didn't collapse due to anything else except greed and mismanagement:

The Western Cape's Police Commissioner does exactly what he is told by the ANC NEC. And that is to use gangs to destabilise the Western Cape.
