The MadlangaCommission will take place in 3 phases.

Phase 1: Testimony and evidence from General Mkhwanazi & witnesses.

Phase 2: Commission tests the evidence from phase 1. Implicated person's to be summoned.

Phase 3: Commission hears again from General Mkhwanazi.
