Remember the Commission's job is to gather evidence that can be taken further by law enforcement, Mkhwanazi is just a witness at the commission and does not hold any special place on top of other witnesses, some of his evidence will be confirmed and some would not, no one is on trial there, the commission cannot prove anyone guilty.

So there is no question of Kohler Barnard or anyone being guilty, which is the mistake some people here made about the Zondo Commission and declaring people guilty.

If it's DA people = we must check properly first.

Mkhwanazi is not lying. If you have been watching the Commission, you'll see he is a man among boys here in South Africa amidst the high levels of corruption from parties including the ANC and the DA alike.

The question now is what happens to Kohler Barnard and her presence on the adhoc committee, the DA would normally kick up a fuss if there was an ANC member sitting on that committee and being implicated, regardless of whether they are guilty or not.
 
Mkhwanazi says Brian Mogotsi knows everything about the Police. He even knows when police officers are retiring.

SAPS will never be the same post this Commission.

Mkhwanazi says he likes investigative journalists. Not those who just get told what to write.

He also says he is not a fan of pay walls. What a man. 🤣

Like with every other commission it will end up in NPA pile and noting will happen to comrades.

The final report will distinguish between what could be true and what is BS.

Assuming guilt wouldn't even be a thing if law enforcement actually did their jobs and carried out investigations based on recommendations from commissions. Especially given how much money these things cost. If it's going to be a waste of money and time, why even bother...

A good point and maybe why this is a commission and not a legal case; there are just too many loose ends and Mkhwanazi is generating more each day; although I have only listened to snippets while driving. Any cross examination (if any) will be interesting as will the details of the O'Sullivan legal cases, if they get anywhere.

It does cause an uproar, but the people responsible for solving it aren't doing their jobs... the SAPS who are under the "control" of the ANC.

Also, this happens in almost every city in this country on a daily basis, but that doesn't suit your stupid narrative does it.
