Not sure who told you the following but that's untrue, bullet proof vests, plate carriers or any form of protection vests are NOT regulated or restricted, much like suppressors, magazines, scopes, red dots, springs, holsters, WML, sights, flash lights, bullets, brass, butt stocks, slings, belts, etc, any person can purchase it.

Well now, if the ANC hadn't fscked the SAPS up so much then they would know and would have arrested those DA people you claim are involved in the gang warfare.

The South African Police Service (SAPS) is controlled at a national level by the Minister of Police and the National Commissioner.

What do you think the above means?

Who's been the National government for the last three decades?
