No, just deport the ungrateful lot and keep them out. Our Healthcare system can cope with an occasional illegal foreigner who slipped through, the problem is when they become a nation within a nation and demand things.

You can't keep them here and think changing the constitution will help.

Denying them access to medical attention would be inhumane, illegal or not, especially if the hospital isn't full and can cope.
