Well MalcomZ is the perfect example of that. He has quite a lot of knowledge, but is totally lacking in any wisdom.
It shows on this forum, and it shows in his legal preceedings outside of this forum.

I disagree.. He's a prime example of the lack of both and also a prime example of the dunning Kruger effect.
 
Love how the DA fanboys get pressed when the fact that Malusi Booi, a DA member, was found wanting in bed with the gang boss Ralph Stanfield is brought up.

Seems that Ramaphosa is learning from the DA then, because he said that the DA runs municipalities better than the ANC and that the ANC must go to Cape Town to see how the DA runs things.

Is Cyril also a propagandist now?

And right on que the DA loony mob brings back the NMU matter to deflect from their shyte party. 🤣

Can't wait for Ramaphosa's interview tomorrow on the SABC. There will be chest pains in here post what he says tommorow. 🍿
 
I just shake my head at the people these days. Did 5 interviews in IT yesterday for a position that could pay ~+-1.5mil+/year

  • 1 was a total bullshitter
  • 1 was completely clueless , professed to have a certification on a product but had a blank stare when asked 2 accronyms for that specific product
  • 1 obv chat gpt'd his cv
  • 1 looked really good , had 16+ years product specific on his cv. Failed on a entry level question
  • last one was ok'ish , not good enough for the position advertised but would be fine for a lower level
1st 3 were gen z, probably similar to Malcom

Oh yeah , those 5 were sifted from 50+ applicants :/

The hunt goes on

But you can't take away what Cyril said, it was as clear as crystal what he said, and it wasn't just a single sentence, he went on for a bit.

And not only that, he was adamant about it, he emphasised the point loudly and passionately.

The ANC faithful such as yourself, must have had their jaws on the floor. Comrade Cyril is telling the truth. What is going on, someone shut him up, this will devastate us at the polls.

He told the truth, get over it.

So let met get this straight, when Cyril praises the DA, he's not lying, but when he speaks about transformation he is? 🤣

And I thought Malema's mind must get tired of being changed.

Have experienced similar just looking at CVs for senior roles..

Think I must have gone through 20 and binned all of them.

So you say Cyril was lying about the DA - why would he do that, what are you thought processes behind that reasoning, oh wise one?

Transformation speaks for itself - the ANC once again have failed at their task.

Yeah we normally go on referalls only. Was looking for some specific stuff this time tho
I have seen some other teams having major issues with gen z that they employed that got thru the filters
