The results show an interesting dynamic, that ex-ANC voters who voted for the MK in 2024, may now be party mobile beyond the ANC/MK/EFF boundaries.

That and the ANC has possibly found its new support level at around 10%.

If you focus on the Ward level results, no the EFF are done...

BUT that is obviously KZN, and the EFF have struggled to build any momentum here and I think they will show even more in the next local elections.

Nationally, the EFF are static as they were in 2024 (compared to 2019). The MK really hurt them in KZN and they have not been able to replace those voters with voters in other provinces.

Ridiculous to me how every political party is flaunting kak like "traffic circles", "good financial statements" and "fixing potholes" etc as these massive achievements. Why in the **** do we need to celebrate people actually doing what they are paid for, never mind doing it with competence? Celebrating mediocrity is the same as giving away participation trophies.
