Zille delivered in Cape Town (not empty promises) while the ANC screwed up Joburg (empty promises).

• Despite their repeated complaints, the City is yet to resolve any of their issues.

Come now @TheChamp - Zille is competing for votes in the JHB municipality, not Ekurhuleni!
