If ever there would be a sunset clause, I would propose 150 years, the first 50 years would be about apartheid, the next 50 years about colonialism and the next 50 years would compensate for the fact that we did not implement black apartheid and colonialism but instead democracy that still to some level negates the impacts of transformation and redress in achieving the desired outcome.
