Rumor has it that the increases etc promised to the workers were on condition that the post office will do well financially. If the post office dont do well they wont get their increases and what not. So that is why the workers are threatening to strike. But the workers are responsible for the post office lost money so ya, I dont see how these guys are ever going to resolve this.

Has not left the Singapore post yet or we have not scanned it in yet.

Someone should take the post office to the ASA. It's obvious that they don't do this: "whatever it takes". Because mail is taking too long to arrive. Airmail is taking as long as slowest surface mail and EMS is taking a minimum of 2-3 weeks. SAPO is definitely not following the philosophy they spell out in their advertising. That complaint would probably be upheld and SAPO would have to change their banners.

Just in July of 2014, incomming international for EMS was eg. 21 at JIMC. Delivery to door was on the 22nd in CPT.

Airmail from USA, Singapore, Japan would take a max of 10 working days. If an item was 12 days it was a big delay. Now it's just BS.
