At the end of the day there is right and there is wrong. Race is not about the colour of your skin but about the colour of your mind. The same can be argued for culture.

Look at the Asians in SA who have grown up in white culture and act and sound "white" but look Asian. Look at the blacks that have grown up in a "white environment" the same thing. Look at the whites who have lived on the cape flats, the act and sound coloured but they are white.

The problem with the Afrikaaner is that there are still elements of white supremacy lurking within the culture. Because if another non Afrikaaner white person marries into Afrikaaner culture it can be tolerated. But if black guy is willing to come into the culture and adopt the ways and allow the children to become true Afrikaaners in the sense of the culture and ways, it won't be tolerated by the likes of people like yourself. Why because of the way the person looks. Culture is supposed to be about actions, ways and beliefs but clearly when people start talking about vanilla and chocolate (aka ****) then we can see its not really about culture at all.

We all need to be a little more flexible in our thinking like Rooster said. Instead of always allowing ourselves to think in camps of groupthink. Why must we either be leftist or rightwinger, why can't we be in the grey area inbetween.

The Afrikaaner has had a profound influence on this country and needs to behave responsibly in order to help this country into the future in a postive way. I believe that this ability is in every Afrikaaner if they are willing to throw away some old and outdated stubborn beliefs for the greater good.

Obviously it's only some Afrikaners. That should be very easy for someone to assume by the entire message. And I'm not the member of the far anything, although as a libertarian it would seem otherwise. Practically the world just doesn't fit into neat labels.
