A Jeppe Boys High School teacher has been filmed on video "losing it" with a pupil (warning: strong language).

In the 32-second video‚ which appears to be taken from a cellphone by one of the learners in the class‚ the teacher is screaming at another pupil.

"God you are such an idiot‚ I have to say to you‚ stop your sh*t and work. Really‚ where is your book? Where are your notes? What the ***** is it doing in your case. Oh shut up you idiot‚ you cannot talk back because you know you are guilty."

The teacher then raises what looks like her middle finger and says: "This my finger. You can leave!"

The school‚ Johannesburg's oldest public school‚ said it is investigating an incident where a teacher at the school was captured on video shouting and swearing at a learner.

Ahhhh....Im glad the era of bad quality amateur cellphone vids have passed.

There was an incident with a teacher at my school that made the local paper years ago. A teacher was also filmed going nuts in his class. It was sad as hell and fortunately the school treaded gently with him. He was the most gentle and soft-spoken elderly guy I've ever known. Wonderful teacher, supremely knowledgable, liked by everyone and years past retirement. But he was given an arts and culture class of absolute b**tards. They goaded him and filmed him doing nothing for weeks until he snapped.

Makes me hesitate to judge a teacher going crazy on film.

Pupils, or what they call them now, learners ( :D ) knowing there are no consequences for their actions will act accordingly.
Its really that simple.

In days gone by, the delinquent would have been off for a caning along with those that had the audacity to s******. (edit, seems I cant say Sn1 gg 3r)
No more though.

Never turn your back to this teacher....ever.

True story. Just happened to be caught on camera. Remember back in high school my friend getting a similar reaction for telling someone at the door, who the teacher was blatantly ignoring, to come in. A confused "Ok" from my friend earned him a "Get the f&ck out of my class".

100%

Although I witnessed teachers losing it like this and worse quite often (minus the swearing). But have a little laugh about it? Uh, no thanks. And you're right, this was normally the precursor to an ass-tanning. :D

We made our music teacher in primary school have meltdowns pretty often.
He would go into a blind rage and cry while he shouted at us.
It was fckd up. He told us he had to see a therapist and everything.
He was weak.

If kids know that they can crack you, they'll exploit that.

Not so much kids like me, but kids who want to belong, and impress..

I hated school. I even hated most of the kids at school, so I usually didn't form an alliance with them against the teachers when that occurred, unless I really hated the teacher. That was rare.

One friend of mine back in 2009 told me privately she thinks her 11 yo daughter is the spawn of Satan. Seven years later the entire family has written her off and refuse to speak to her, not due to any substance abuse, but due to the fact that wherever this girl went and whatever she said or did, it was with one purpose in mind: to destroy people's lives.

Even from a young age around 8 or 9 her parents warned me to never speak to her as she will twist anything I say to cause ****. I think some kids are just born pure evil.

Kids are ****s, give that teacher a bells. Personally I think schools should hire a person for each class to smack these little ****tards around a bit when they get out of line.

PM me a facebook link please, this has caught my curiosity.

Reminds me of that UK teacher who went nuts.

I firmly believe that 90% of the worlds problems stem from the rise of psychology. Think about it. In our grandparents days, there were hardly any people seeing a psychologist and things more or less worked. Kids had respect for elders etc.

Now we can't use canning in schools because the poor precious little cretins will have hurt feelings. all because of the bloody shrinks. "Oh you cant blame him for murdering 50 women, his mother didn't play frisbee with him when he was 12"

I always preferred authoritarian teachers to weak teachers. Weak teachers who let class clowns walk all over them made me frustrated. They weren't doing their job properly. The class is being disrupted. The fk are my parents paying you for?

I often laughed inside when one of those kids got shouted at, belittled, or manhandled in front of the class. Because that's exactly what I felt like doing to them when they acted out because they wanted to be the center of attention.
