SA websites only?

I had this on Google and now it has disappeared. How do I get it back? When I want to find SA websites I have zillions of American sites I have to sift through.

Don't have anything on the left of the search. All there is, is IGOOGLE.

Yup, they've changed it again (About 8 months ago I think), you have to complete the search, and when the results are up, only then can you choose "Pages from South Africa".
