SA Wireless

Am I the only one that is having internet problems for more than a week now, with SA Wireless? With the little feedback I got, I would have assumed that a lot of SA Wireless users would be having problems. :confused:
 
You should contact Joe directly. I have him on whatsapp so every time the network goes off I just whatsapp him and tell him to check it out. It has been going off quite a lot lately I must admit. But it helps to contact him directly when it goes off.

I did/do, but I am not as lucky as you, it seems.
 
Well he reads this thread so I'm sure he will contact you. Normally when I contact him about my net being down, he just replies "will check" or something along those lines. He doesn't often mention the reason the network is down. Good luck getting it sorted out though.
 
Good afternoon Bongani, please assist me with an issue i'm having with my internet. Last week I was told that my unit was dropping the signal, but other than a Whatsapp saying the problem was "fixed" nothing has changed on my side. Could you please arrange for one of your technicials to come to my house to see what the problem is.
