What about Kesh ?The Don was great for the balance of the side. as he is also a useful bowler, something Stubbs and Ricks aren't. He would likely have made up the fifth bowler in tandem with Markram. Now if he doesn't play, Markram either has to bowl a full allocation of four overs (which is risky) or you then have to load in an extra allrounder and possibly shorten the batting order. The starting XI may look something like this now.
Markram
de Kock
de Zorzi
Brevis
Miller
Smith
Linde
Jansen
Rabada
Nortje
Ngidi
Popping Ferreira in the order in place of Nortje for example, lengthens the batting, gives you power hitting down the order and takes care of the 5th bowing option.
It’s sub continent so 2 spinners ( proper spinners )
