SAA pilot strike will continue indefinitely

So was the knobhead who couldn't do math also one of those world class pilots?

I mean, what is 90 tons between friends.
It's not that simple.

From what I've read it's actually a well documented bug on that specific aircraft and instead of a software fix, the manufacturer specified certain steps that the pilot must take as a work-around prior to take-off. Since none of the pilots have flown or used the simulator in a very long time, this work-around was forgotten.

Not sure who or what colour the pilot was but since the CAA issued exceptions to skip training prior to the flight, I'd say the blame lies with them and the pilot.

Go ahead, strike indefinitely. I don't care. There is not a single SAA aircraft flying commercially in any event, so you won't be missed. With FlySafair and Kulula currently in the air, we have found that we can do without the SAA.
