SAA's customer services woes continue

No arguments from me. Just saying that expecting a refund for cancelled flights aren't going to happen anytime soon or ever.
That's actually one of the first things they should have used that bailout money for. If you can't instill trust you're doomed from the start.

Got nothing to do with trust, it's about cadre enrichment. Nothing like PIC money to put in your back pocket with zero repercussions, just ask ol' Iqbal....

Exactly. That's another reason it's doomed and people should be wary of it.

Viva SAA , anyone feeling the pain deserves it for using SAA in the first place.

Ah, Pravin's flying circus except it ain't funny, it's very costly and people could get hurt (or worse; ANC type maintenance does not work well on flying machines). I still reckon the plan is to make every ANC controlled government, parastatal and municipal official that has to fly, has to do it SAA. Bailout money will be wriggled out of the PIC / GEPF.

How can anyone expect SAA to honor refunds with their current budget? o_O The new improved strategic majority partner will only provide operational funding and expertise if and when the deal actually gets finalized.

The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the airline’s refund department has allegedly been closed.
You're not getting anything back, like the ANC they're a one-way trip for normal people to throw their money down a long-drop.

Jamnadas is playing the long game... Give him another few decades and SAA will be tops

Everyone should file a small claim.
