SABC, DStv, eTV, TopTV reputations compared

I don't attach much value to studies like this. TopTV has the smallest number of viewers so they naturally attract less votes. SABC enjoys the largest audience by far so they get the most votes.

O sorry, a large part of the SABC audience hates them and voted for etv instead together with the people that are cross because Supersport takes them to the cleaners.
 
Being number one in this survey must be like being number one on the list of "The best sexually transmitted diseases"

In the end... even the one who is tops is actually a cause for concern
 
Wth.. Guess 90% of respondents to the study were 15 year olds skelmpies watching Friday (or is it Saturday) night soft porn on Etv ;)
 
less than 1 point difference between the top 3, in reality they're just as crap as each other. TopTV meh...
 
These type of surveys are rather useless, imho. May as well do a survey about which company has the "friendliest" mascot. Reminds me of ABSA so proudly advertising themselves as "voted the coolest bank" a few years back.

they run what is in my opinion one of the best news media outlets in the world when it comes to southern african events.

sure their programming is ****, but its a channel freely available to all providing fair and balanced news coverage to the people who most need fair and unbiased reporting. if that doesn't earn them the best reputation in our country then nothing will.
 
How do you rate a broadcaster's "reputation"? The programming, content, etc is easy.
