Just a quick note to those who haven't yet - I don't know if its helping ICASA stick to their guns, but please consider sending ICASA a supportive message - info & details at http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=24720

(If I was part of a team of people facing up to the whore of Telkom along with all its machines of mass deception, I know I'd appreciate messages of support coming in from the general public, letting me know that I'm doing the right thing by the consumer and this democracy - and it would keep me from faltering.)
 
It's been great to have been part of this, nonetheless I would just like to remind everyone that much work still needs to be done and I also want to point out that Telkom's reaction to the ICASA findings are what I would expect from my kid brother, NOT from a large corporate. I am flabbergasted that they would threaten to terminate the service.

Well, maybe they should, so that the competition can do a better, cheaper job of it!
 
I Am PROUD to be part of MYADSL.

The unity that has come from a bunch of ppl that don't know each other to put forth ideas and do something for the better of the country. This only happens rarely. Big ups to all the moderators and Admins to a great site and support.

Would be an idea for the ppl to have a conference when this is all behind us and get together to share information and get to know each other.

WHAT WE ARE DOING HERE WILL BE REMEMBERED IN HISTORY FOR BRINGING DOWN THE GIANT AND LETTING THE COMMUNITY HAVE A SAY.
