Communications and Digital Communications Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams says as part of its turnaround strategy, the SABC will turn to over-the-top services to ensure that viewers consume content on their mobile devices in a bid to help the public broadcaster up its revenue.

The ANC knows their voters do not have access to this. This is a sly move to include mobile phones to access their content. Then they will change laws and you and I will pay TV License fees when purchasing a mobile phone.
