I submitted all the required documentation. I faxed it. I posted it.
I sent affidavits.
I did that every year for 10 years. I think when l checked last year my arrears for TV Licenses was about R8900.00.
SABC do not keep accurate records, they do not note a change in your status.
The fax machine has a box behind I'd for file 13/ recycling because they never acknowledge receiving anything.
The prescribed period has long past for them to legally recover any debt.
Use Teljoy instead as you do not need your own TV license.
I just SPAM any emails from Revco, which is a subdivision of SABC.
I am tired of trying to do things the right way & getting no results after almost 40 years.
And yes they make all kinds of ugly threats.
A computer still requires a human to input data, and this is where their largest ⁹ downfall is.
