SABC3 Does it again...

I like cricket & survivor. was just looking forward to it. anyway I compromised and watched lost tonight.
 
so sad really... SA is doing really well so far and people are complaining about an episode of survivor?... it boggles.

And here I was going to complain that they are delaying the evening broadcasts! Who wants to watch Isidingo when you can see the Aussies sent packing? :D

and what if they cancelled your oh so lovely cricket in favour of survivor?

Missed Las Vegas last night. I agree, what the fsck is on SABC1 that anyone watches. Rather put the bloody cricket there. :mad:
 
But SABC 3 has ALWAYS been the channel they broadcast the cricket on. And this is a WORLD CUP Event people where SA is competing, are they not obligated to show it?

I have all the seasons of Survivor from this one through to the current one... no ads, episodes only. :D Don't have to rely on SABC to k@k it up for me. :p
 
I think the issue is more that it wasn't advertised ie: survivor was and suddenly there's cricket.

FYI I hate survivor but wify nearly blew up between missing survivor and actually getting to watch the cricket. One of the few women who like sports.
 
Ja my misses lost her mind when she saw that the cricket was on instead of survivor... sadly she forced me to change over to America's next top lobotomy patient

Please, Bafana Bafana have a better chance of winning the World Cup. As soon as Pietersen comes in allow him to hit one four and then the fielders around the bat compliment FIGJAM on his batting. Then immeadiately put a spinner on (any will do), In about 2 balls FIGJAM will be caught on the boundary trying to hit the spinner out the park

Shows that aren't on - such as Survivor - aren't being broadcast at a different time. They move on a week: Survivor and Las Vegas will be back next week with last night's episodes.

One show that WILL change is the Prison Break Finale. There's no Prison Break on tonight (because of cricket) and then next week: instead of the season finishing in it's usual Tuesday night timeslot at 21h00, it moves to Wednesday at 21h00 on 17 June.

And seriously! For how many more seasons can they actually stretch Survivor out? I still remember the 1st season. Was good then, but 100 seasons later I think it's time to come to a quiet and permanent end. Even us South Africans know when it's enough. SA Survivor only made it 2 seasons.
