SADV Pricing Differential

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to find out if anyone is able to comment on whether any other ISP's offer different pricing and different solutions for different estates.

It seems grossly unfair that two different estates are getting two substantially different solutions for the same price.



Not sure if anyone has any thoughts or ideas.

Have you called them to find out about the different product offerings and pricing difference?

As far as I remember when I researched a few months back, the slower speeds are at low contention, and high speeds at a higher contention. The faster speeds were only recently introduced and they might not have updated your offerings.

Read the other SADV thread. I would stay away from them. I think they act highly unprofessional and unethical from personal experience. Especially when it comes to marketing that they have open access.

The problem is that many people don't have a choice. They have useless trustees in their estates who are not technologically inclined, making decisions such as this.

To bring another provider in, would mean the usual process of you personally trying to get people to show enough interest before said provider will consider it.

Unfortunately I am not getting away from them in a hurry. I forgot about the contention ratios. Good point. I'll speak to them again and see what they have to say.
