Hoping for someone who used to produce results to do it again 15 years after his peak is like asking Naas Botha to start at 10 for the Springboks.

You don't sit and hope something will happen and that he might get his ways again. You field someone who is on form and who is giving you resluts.

Gavin has been giving results for 3 years. This Poephol hasn't done shyt.

Gavin Hunt is a good coach but I do not think he is a great coach . Hunt benefited a lot from the work done by Supersport as a club in the yrs b4 and also work done by Mosimane . The fact that Supersport have failed in African Club championships is the fact that I dont respect him that much . I`ve watched about every game that they played across Africa and the main problem is that they play route one football when things are not working thier way . Personally I do not rate many SA coaches , Hunt and Mqhiti are if given some few more years to develop their teams will become great coaches . Sono and Barker are coaches from a past era when football wasn`t that technical and tactical but they are great motivators , ther4 they should be managers not technical advisors .
basically the main problem is SAFA for not putting a technical dep a long time ago , the gauteng big clubs who force players into national teams especially that Khoza , the player agents who again force players into the team .
