Well i'll keep it short. I bought a creative X-Fi Music for a Client today, well i thought i did. When it came time to open the box to install the card... there was no card in the box.

Phone Sahara: Look there is no card in the box...
Sahara: There has to be, puts the phone down.

Go into Sahara: Look there is no card in the box...
Sahara : Well there is nothing we can do.

Great client support there.

firstly wtf did you buy from sahara as someone mentioned

secondly wtf did you buy from sahara

thirdly wtf did you from sahara

o yes forget getting it replaced

those okes will screw you in a heart beat so dont buy from them, if you do check everything

super wait till the amd you buy from them breaks
they will blame it on bent pins
 
Yeah although Sahara might be slightly cheaper than Rectron for soundcards, you should rather buy from the latter as they are (generally) good with replacing broken hardware.
 
well everyone else was out of stock... so the only product i bought there. Was not in the box.
 
You should demand your product, or else return the "card" ;) for a refund. And when they say there is no card in the box, say "Sorry, I can't help you".

next time when u buy at sahara wait... if it's ur last option check if you have everything before leaving? that will help

I never had problems with them.
 
So what does the likes of Sahara and Rectron actually bring to the party except higher prices for the S.A consumer ... look at the cricket staduims for the money they are ripping from us ???.

They are just stupid box shifters ... source direct and bypass these clowns.

ummm tibby sahara sells alot their stuff cheaper than anywhere else


rectron are very good with broken stuff

but what annoys me about them is if everything is from them except the power supply

you have to take the motherboard out grrrrrrrr
 
That's what I like about Rectron, they open all the boxes and show u that the product u ordered is there. Then u sign.
 
Similar thing happened to me when I bought from dotcomputers/Person

1. Got a quote for a Hauppauge 150 MCE card with remote
2. Accepted quote and paid
3. Item arrived without remote
4. Contacted Person - reply "sorry the remote's not included"
5. Ended up paying another R300 for a remote elsewhere

Moral of the story What goes around comes around
