3. Item arrived without remote
4. Contacted Person - reply "sorry the remote's not included"
5. Ended up paying another R300 for a remote elsewhere

Hey... now that was not my fault. Suppler put that it comes with a remote... and then no remote. After that they just said no they are not going to give me the remote.

Did you give him some of his money back then? And also wasn't there an invoice stating what goods there were?
 
yea i mean surely you should have phoned and told him there was no remote

i mean if i go to game buy a tv that says a remote and i get no remote i would return the damn
