SAIX International problems?

A weird thing is that I can access Gmail, but no other intl sites.
I can't even access google.com, but I should be able to because Gmail is mail.google.com.

dsl-cache.saix.net:8080 When it's enabled I get not Int, when disabled I can get to Int sites.
