SAIX / IS Peering issue

Hi guys

I have noticed high latency to one of our servers hosted at the Campus in Bryanston over SAIX local only ADSL but from an MWEB uncapped account all is fine. Is there a SAIX and IS peering issue somewhere?

Local Only SAIX Account:

Definitely an issue. Our company has been brought to a standstill due to this issue!
