Atm Axxess is having issues in Centurion on OpenServe.

Their pretty useless Status Panel remains pretty useless, showing no issues.

Just 4 fun, even got a CloudFlare error trying to access Axxess. A retry a few moments later saw it cleared, but still packet loss. All those nifty java scripts in Axxess's pages freak out with high packet loss, just when you need it most. Wish they would get rid of them. No, I'm not going to phone them again to only get into a fight about my account number being too short (actually correct, I'm just one of their oldest clients, numpty clevuh dude trying to fix the client before he even checked).

Still not able to get into Axxess's panel for support. Get's stuck ... ppl putting JS in support request pages is a bad idea. :X3:

I've just got back to JHB and noticed my axxess fibre is slow. Too tired to muck about tonight though.

Wow, that is bad. I'm sitting at a ~30% packet loss. Yours seems worse.

you could get a vox account and dial those details to see if it's axxess or openserve, at least you have that luxury, not so with us plebs on vumatel.

How dare you suggest troubleshooting because the "whole" neighborhood is off.....

On a serious note it seems like an Openserve issue and not related to the ISP but Sollie wants to believe what he wants to believe.
