Is Saix.net down? I find there haven't been any newsgroups available for the last couple of days. I noticed that yesterday there were new newsgroups added to the system (first time in ages), but then no newsgroups have been updated. Anyone experiencing the same?

Are you trying to use it to download binaries? Because afaik SAIX's server does not download binaries, only the posts.

The saix news server was transferred to a new system but the cutover should have been completed at 7:00 this morning:

No, only the posts. I'm not really interested if there are new newsgroups. I am just linked up to some that areand there have been no posts for a couple of days. It's just that things seemed to have changed after some new newsgroups were added.
