Gangstarr, maybe you can help me with this conundrum. I'm thinking of signing up for per GB prepaid ADSL with Webafrica, because of the telkom issues of late, "authentication" etc.
So the question: If telkom has authentication issues or network problems on SAIX, and I switch to the webafrica account, will I experience the same problems at the same time on webafrica or not?
I tried asking webafrica support, but they seem just as doff as telscum.

So, I had to ask experienced users"Telkom is the communications provider, we are an isp. Most Isp's resell for Telkom/SAIX. They provide the line, which you have to pay them for monthly. We provide dsl accounts(the bandwidth). When Telkom goes down then all DSL is down."
