SAIX still working after capped? What the...

Can someone please explain whats going on here - am I going to get charged for using the extra data over the cap?

Total TopUp Purchased - 0.00GB

Status - Capped

But I am on DO BROADBAND level 2 - that used to be 2GB........ and was upped to 3GB?

Thats on a 1 gig account.
Seems a lot of a SAIX customers have gained international after being capped.
 
Well then I am gonna moer it and save my Afrihost 5GB for the end of the month :)
 
It's highly unlikely that Telkom doesn't know about this so why doesn't someone simply pick up the phone and ask what their stance is?

And get a reference number so we can quote it :p

I can fill an hour in so many better ways..... :cool:
 
I also noticed that my supposedly capped account all of a sudden had international access again.
 
I reached my cap within the first week, switched over to my Afrihost account for Int. and carried on with Telkom for local. Just over a week ago I noticed my Telkom account could access Int. and it was been tacken off of my local capping. Pity they can't up my line speed while they at it :(
 
Yep same here, got my 100% used: Capped email yesterday. Now not even local works!
