Salary increases for 2013

No one for this year as it's new financial year?

Mine would have been 6% had I not changed companies.

Is the company doing badly or do the share holders want more money?

The average increase where I work this year was 4%.
I got more than the average but my work load has practically doubled in the process.
I've probably worked more overtime the past three months than all of last year.

Nearly everyone I speak to says that they're also working harder this year than ever before and battling to keep up.
 
Company is doing badly. Went through lots of changes and owners etc. Company not yet even breaking even.

But I am not complaining. Got a 24% increase in November as aknowledgement for my work and I guess as a retention.
Just would have like to get again with everyone else... but sadly that is not happening.

Can people also provide what industry they are in?

Mine was 5%. Industry: legal.
