Sample Business Contract between two companies

Hi all


Does anyone perhaps know of a website where I could acquire a sample agreement which can be used between two companies? company B is supplying customers with a service, but company A is invoicing the client, and paying company B for their services


Any advice would be appreciated

Is company B subcontracting from company A?
This is a B2B arrangement and depending on the complexity of the services provided, expected service levels, service KPI, it can get quiet complicated or can make it very simple.

I don't know of a website. I'm sure google can provide something
