Samsung A22 or A32?

Most places have the A32 costing 1K more than the A22.. It seems that both have OLED screens and NFC I'd probably go for the A22

Neither, dont buy into bad marketing.

look at Xiaomi. same specs or better for a better price.

and if you dont trust them then go fgor the S20 FE. just make sure you get the variant where the model number ends in a G or a DS. that is the Snapdragon variant. if the model number ends in an F its ekinos and suddenly you have the same problem as you have with the A series.

the Galaxy A Series is a mediocure phone with premium brand markup. dont do it.

I can get more than 2x A22s or A33s for the price of one S20 so it's not where I'm shopping. I'll check out Xiaomi. Which model would you recommend for same or better specs than:
6.4-inch Super AMOLED
Main camera: 48MP main sensor with OIS or 64MP main sensor
8MP ultra-wide camera f/2.2
Finger print sensor
Mediatek Helio G80 SoC 12nm
2x Cortex-A75 CPU cores at 2.0GHz
6x Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz
Mali-G52 MC2 graphics
5000 mah battery
Android 11
If you don't require NFC Xiaomi is the better value for money option.

Been looking at the same. You can get a A71 for a bit more than an A32. My search started with the A32, and it looks like a good option. Still on my shortlist.

How would the A52 compare to those two?

Actually just reminding myself... the Xiaomis do hoover a lot of data from the browser etc. Pass.
you seem to only read half of what I am saying. go read my post again, come back and apologize. hint, there are 2 letters after the S20 in my post. they are there for a reason.

and when it comes to specs there is another very important thing in my post, but it is less obvious.
stay away form mediatek and ecinos processors. stick to snapdragon.

Xiaomi I would reccomend the note 10 Pro or if you can get them, a poco F3 (its about 2K more expensive)

and as always plug your options into the compare tool on GSM arena and see what you are comparing.

One that has NFC for samsung pay, I have A12 and its acutally pretty fast for low end phone, thats saying a lot coming from me.

A12 lacks nfc and fast wifi, limit wifi N singleband, but rest phone is really decent.

A12 battery life is better than my s20, not sure why low budget phone has better battery than my high end s20!

Does anybody with a A22 and A32 confirm if these phones have Samsung Pay?

I know previous A Series generations Samsung Pay was not available in the lower end models in this region

When I was shopping for a phone the bigger number comes with a bigger battery. R1000 extra might be worth it for a heavy user.

That's just an app anyone can install?

Both phones have 5000mah battery, but the cheaper phone A22 has a lower res screen than the A32 meaning that the cheaper A22 will have better battery life.
