Xperia ultra for me thanks. After using the SO's Xperia Z, I'm sold on the Sony flavour of android. The Bluetooth hand set is a bonus as well.
 
This is great and all, but the bigger size is losing practicality of a normal smartphone.
I am more than happy with my S3, anything bigger in my pocket and it would bug me :/
 
So exactly the same as my 7" Samsung tablet which also makes calls, and it costs half the price?

Except the Mega is "smaller and more practical" :p

They basically now have a device in any size you want. To get a Samsung product you decide on the size first and then just roll into their store and say "Hey, I want something this big [elaborate hand gesture]"

They are really providing any size in phones and tables you want, aren't they? I even lost track which sizes of tablets they have available.

I saw a guy with a full sized tablet against his ear the other day as I was walking past a coffee shop (couldn't see the make). He looked very silly.
