Samsung Galaxy Note 2

I ordered a white RINGKE SLIM case before I got the phone as Nashua told me that they only had white phones, and then they sent me a grey one......!

So in a week or two I will have a super-slim white case for sale if anyone is interested. (http://www.rearthusa.com/samsung-galaxy-note-2-slim-case)

Mike bought a spare one from me for his NOTE 1, so he can vouch for the quality, etc.
Also, my white NOTE 1 is for sale (perfect condition).

Searched but couldn't find anything. What case/cover are u guys using? Wanna buy it before I get the phone.....

As promised (only 3 allowed so another post to follow)...

Looks neat, thanks. I have just ordered one :)

And the other mount on top of the dash is for the white one, right? ;)

I really think you should donate the white one to the missus, seeing she lost out on the S3, and no, she's not paying me to say that :D

lol... The white one was traded with WAG. He got the Titanium Grey and did not like it, so we did a swap.

The one on the dash was what I used before I got the new vent mounted one. I am keeping it there though as it is handy for other devices. Just something in me telling me not to take it off - yet. :)

Does running the aircon cause a problem with that mount? I'm using a stupid rear view mirror mounted thing and its killing me.

The first post has what you need.

In short...
1. Download Kies and install.
http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/

2. Download Odin
http://adf.ly/9fTOl
If it asks for a password, use "tutorialfor-android.blogspot.com".

3. Download the CWM and auto root package.
https://hotfile.com/dl/176073261/b6acfe6/cwm6-root-n7100-121015.rar.html

4. In Odin, load the extracted .tar file into the PDA section. Tick nothing. Just load the file.

5. Boot your phone into download mode by pressing Vol down + home + power.

6. In Odin, press Start.

When the flash is done your phone will auto reboot and all is done.

Once flashed, if you want to get into CWM, press Vol up + Home + Power.

Thanks for the step-by-step.

Once I have downloaded and extracted, all I see are Disk Image Files (ISO) instead of the .tar5 files.
Am I doing something wrong?

I think you are doing something wrong.
I downloaded the CWM and auto root rar from step 3 and it only has a single tar file.
Here it is again to help you get the right file: http://db.tt/CdLqvRuL
