What are they the manager of? Can you share their name?
I would prefer not, to share their names on a public forum ( like this one.)
However i can say they in the Mobile /Handset
Division.
I can also say they in Senior Management,
I found their attitude towards my complaint
very positive.
So if it give these incompetent "employees" who
is responsible for the relevant "non" security patch updates a" wake up call"
it will be a good thing.
Overall my attitude is.
I can accept if a security patch is a bit "late"
I cannot accept if you pay megabucks
for a high end device....
with certain "Manufacturers /OEM undertakings" attached.
eg... monthly security patch for 4/5 years.
Then in return, you get sloppy services?
4/5 months of no security patch.?
Irregular Firmware updates.?
Your device is put at risk
Banking apps, Password manager with all my passwords, Samsung Pay etc. etc.
Also taking into account, the amount of scam emails and scam sms.. etc with request"Please click on link "
Otherwise i will contact Consumers Commissions
