Samsung Galaxy Note 3

So I got my Note3 today. Has anyone else noticed a strange, random flicker (like sprites flickering) on the screen while and sometimes afters scrolling or touching the screen?

And also does anyone known where I can get the "favourites" widget (3x4 block with shortcuts to selected contacts)?
 
Widgets you looking for can be downloaded from Samsung app store.
 
Anyone got the Gear? The chap at cellucity reckoned it was actually quite handy but I wasn't willing to pay another 150 a month just for the gear...

I checked my balance this morning & sat thinking the whole day what I'm gonna do with all my data. And the 5GB roll over for one month as well!! :eek: Not bad for R299 a month. :D

TM/8ta has their own network but in the areas its not available they roam on mtn's network
All the "normal" data packages would make use of this roaming agreement
But they also offer reduced rates for data that can be used on the TM network only
eg. the 10 + 10gb for R299, 2+1gb for R149 and the 5gb promo data they have on most of the high end phones

you can check the coverage map to see if your area has signal

I see. Thanks. Looks like most of the cbd where I live and work is covered...

Just upgraded my VC contract to get this Note, though. Oh well. Maybe next time.
 
just in case any you guys are planning on flashing ROMs or Rooting your Note3's ....please read this first:

I currently have a completely boot-looped device . . . yes, i've tried flashing the original official firmware, older official firmware, the latest official firmware, and i've done several factory resets with stock recovery and TWRP...no luck.
My KNOX warranty flag is set to 0X1 . . . so i don't even know if I'll be able to get it swapped out by Samsung.

I feel like such a dumb@ss for trying to mess with the firmware in the first place :(

So guys, please do your research before you start flashing ROMs. Apparently the guys at XDA are busy with a solution, but only for devices that don't already have their KNOX flags tripped.
 
Active user of both iphone 5 and Samsung Note II. I love the iphones for my kids and wife, but I use the note. The Note 3 is out so I'll be looking to pick that up soon. Note 2 is fast, Note 3 blows it away
 
Do you perhaps have a link? I've searched on Samsung's app store and the Playstore, but can only find third party widgets that promises the same functions.
