They come in different colours $16 - $17 on Ebay. I haven't been able to find the exact cover somewhere else unfortunately.
There's also one at Amazon, but it doesn't look like the same case.

I saw a class 10 card for R1000 at vodacom though, if you can get a class 10 for those prices then wow, great.

Yes Vodacoms prices are very inflated.
Got a class 10 landing at my door on Thu.Brand new off carbonite for R499.

Thu is an abbreviation for Thursday - a day of the week. Before Fri (Friday) and after Wed (Wednesday).
