Hi all I noticed the N9005 (LTE Note 3) at Altech Autopage in Vodaworld going for R369..

Firstly, will the price remain the same in the coming few months?
Secondly, should I wait for the note 4 (Price will be very expensive though), or LG G3, S5/One (M8) Primes?

And how is everyones' notes doing? (Battery & Performance)

Do you perhaps have install instructions?

I followed these steps as posted earlier in the thread: www.galaxynote3root.com/galaxy-note-3-root/how-to-root-galaxy-note-3/

It worked without a hitch. Refer to my earlier posts about points where CWM took time to process.

Once CWM was installed I:

1 - Backed up stock rom (Nandroid)
2 - Titanium Back up all user apps.
NOT system apps.
3 - Super Back up Call logs, SMS,
Contacts.
4 - Back up EFS using SA manager. I
linked it a few pages back.
5 - Downloaded X-Note.
6 - Clear cache/dalvik.
7 - Flashed it using CWM. Don't need Gapps.
8 - Follow Aroma installer and choose your settings.

There is a video for the flashing of the Rom on note3root.com will link it when I'm on pc.

Edit: Here is the Rom Flashing video: www.galaxynote3root.com/galaxy-note...custom-rom-using-cwm-on-rooted-galaxy-note-3/

From what I've noticed it will not go below R350. Was in the same boat as you a month ago. Decided I would not be willing to pay premium for a phone with so little data. So I took the Vodacom R359 trade in deal. All the phones you mentioned do specific things very well. Depends what you are looking for. You want battery? Look at LG Flex 3500mAh but 720 screen. Performance? S5 for now... Stylus and Multitasking? Note 3/4 for sure.

Thanks. Busy downloading. Will flash tomorrow.

So... How did it go?

I'll install on Sunday when I get home. I tried to download at my training venue over IE11...I Should've known that it would hang on 99% and fail... 1.91 gigs down the drain.

Careful of Autopage..
You won't be able to buy data bundles without contacting Autopage directly.

Can't buy from Voda website or app.

And the once off bundles are expensive - 1 gig is R249 not R149..

Probably wait for the G3 or Note 4

From my personal experience, its not good to bind yourself to a 2 year contract with Autopage. Service is absolutely terrible. You rather stick directly to the service providers.

From billing issues to the terrible customer support. Its just not worth it.

at that price its def a fake
but just let us know about the quality

Ah well still looking forward to my fake case. Plenty YouTube videos about it I see.
Can also check it here to. http://www.sgporiginal.com/

If confirmed then going to leave some negative feedback on the sellers 100% good review status and report him to Bid Or Buy so selling fake items ;)
