How is the loudness on yours? I find my phone's bluetooth isn't very loud. Have to turn the volume on bluetooth all the way up then it is still not very loud.

I also turn it full volume, but it doesnt bother me, I always do that even on my car BT
Look in settings for Bluetooth max volume control
Got mine today - noticed the same issue.
Workaround - go to the Galaxy wearable app - touchpad - change the "touch and Hold" option to volume up/down
Tap and hold right one till the volume goes to max - you hear the single beeps at intervals - double beep at max
That made a much bigger difference to loudness .
but it's sealed at the bottom.

Do I return or just keep it
If they work fine and look unused then I would just keep it, no use returning.
Hope mine arrives today as well, ordered exactly a week ago.

Starting to worry now. Everyone's getting their buds and I haven't received mine. Claimed them on March 1st. Already having an issue with the accessory voucher l, hope I dont have one with the buds as well.
Gonna try this when connected to my cars bluetooth, connected it Yesterday and the volume was horrible, had to turn up the cars volume to max in order to hear anything, LOL.Disabled media volume sync in bluetooth advanced settings and now the volume is much better. Happy!
Maybe give the call center a call? The number is in the confirmation email you should have received once you've claimed the buds. Just give them the reference number and ask for an update, will probably be with the courier (they are k@k slow).
