Maybe give the call center a call? The number is in the confirmation email you should have received once you've claimed the buds. Just give them the reference number and ask for an update, will probably be with the courier (they are k@k slow).

Damn, that's crap. Also tried via the live chat feature and apparently they have no way of tracking the order, they use Courier IT. Surely they have waybill numbers, but guess that's way too much effort to provide to the client that spent R21k on a smartphone...

I see lots of S10 up for cash sales the last couple of days. Obviously someone picking up on contract and flogging the phone for some quick cash.

It’s quite tempting for a big saving, but isn’t there a big risk that the seller stops paying their monthly contract amount and the phone gets IMEI locked or something?

This kak happened to me, will not go down that road again.

I didn't even receive an sms or anything. Just got a call from the courier confirming delivery address and then he delivered 5 minutes later. Was a great surprise.

The SIM settings also seems like those of a dual sim phone. I will pop my MTN sim in tomorrow and confirm.
