Protective silicone case on the S2 and the S3 no screen protector on both, no scratches on either screen.

The silicone protector keeps the camera off a surface when you put the phone on any surface.(on the S3)

Don't use any protector or cover on my S3 no scratches on screen/front. There are some swirls etc on the back but who cares its replaceable. What there'll is the point of getting the slimmest lightest phone etc and then putting a big thick condom on it?

I use a SGS (1) and no scratches at all, but I do carry it around in a small sock. It's close to 2 years old.
